Vachery Triathlon

Well I have racked my bike and checked out the lake and transition area. I pray I don't twist my ankle! There is a lot of field running! The lake has a lot of Lilly's on it. Wet suits may be disallowed as the water temp is 23 degrees. If it falls below 22 then suits are allowed. The referee will decide in the morning. I have been stretching quite a bit to try and rid myself of the knee pain. I forgot to bring my ice pack though. I know I won't sleep well tonight because of nerves and fear! My start time is 7.30 am. My race number is 235 and I am in the vets category.
